The first international kick-off seminar of the CEME project has taken place

From November 6 to 7, the first international kick-off seminar of the project “Cultivating Entrepreneurial Mindset for Employment via Entrepreneurial Pedagogy in Higher Education” (CEME) was held at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA) partner institution – Kauno Kolegija in Lithuania. The project aims to implement a systematic approach to developing entrepreneurial skills in partner universities, involving all parties engaged in the study process.

During the seminar, project partners planned the project implementation process and developed a common understanding of the expected project results. Partners from four countries – Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, and Belgium – introduced the colleagues involved in the project and shared their perspectives on the key project stages, or work packages.

A calendar schedule was also created for all major project activities and expected results.

The project is intended to involve administrative staff, academic staff, and students.

CEME Expected results:

- Framework for integrating entrepreneurial pedagogy into curricular (including a handbook): target value: 1

⁃ Train-the-teachers/staff responsible for curriculum development (including the development of a training manual for replicability): target value: 1 manual + 175 staff members trained

⁃ Creation of tool/instrument for entrepreneurial education impact.
